- Rental Requirements

Rental requirements are basic, you can find a copy of our application and lease on the left side bar.

You need:
- to have the ability to pay
- proof of income (copy of pay stub, etc.)
- some references (work, rental, personal)
- a copy of your ID (State ID or driver's license)
We realize that not everyone has perfect credit, therefore we are not looking for a specific credit score.

We do perform a routine background check to verify your identity, therefore we charge a non-refundable application fee of $40.00. This amount will be applied toward your first month's rent, if approved, and you sign a lease with us.

- Deposit
A security deposit equal to the monthly rent is required for all properties.
Security deposits are for damages to property and can never be used for payment of rent.

Pets are always welcome! If you don't have one, you should get one, they are a wonderful addition to your life. We do not charge an additional pet deposit! |

- Appliances

We include the following appliances with each property:
- Refrigerator
- Stove
- Washing Machine (additional fee may apply)
- Clothes Dryer (additional fee may apply)
Any or all of these can be removed if the tenant wishes to provide their own. Since these items are provided at no additional charge, the rent can not be reduced for removal of any of the items.
